📌 Refund and Return Policy – Áurea Secret Jewelry

1. We do not accept returns

Due to the nature of our pieces and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

2. We do not offer refunds

All sales are final.

We recommend that you carefully review:

• Measurements
• Photographs
• Size guide

3. Defective products

In the exceptional case of receiving a defective product, you must contact us within the first 24 hours with:

• Order number
• Clear photographs of the defect
• Original packagin

• In the rare event that a return is accepted, the customer must bear all costs, including the return shipping, and the refund will only be processed once the item has been received at our store.

And a 20% restocking surcharge will be applied.

 We will evaluate the case and advise you on the next steps.

📌 Customer's Right of Withdrawal

Áurea Secret Jewelry operates on a final sale model. However, we recognize the customer's right to request information or clarification before completing their purchase.

1. Inapplicability of the Right of Withdrawal

Because our pieces are fine jewelry and are custom-made for each order, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the order has been processed.

2. Before Processing

The customer may:

• Request a size change
• Exchange a product for another
• Cancel the order

Only if the order has not yet been processed.

Once the order is being processed or has been shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
